New Pub Opens

A new pub has opened in the Fore Street.
The Quiet Man occupies premises next door to the Hertford House Hotel that were previously home to the House Kitchen.
The pub features a range of real ales and continental lagers. There is also an outdoor area shared with the Hotel, who own the building.
This news archive was previously known as the 'blog' and ran from June 2009 until July 2014.
Following a four year hiatus the news service was re-introduced as a pilot in April 2018..
