A Hertford man has been charged with two counts of shoplifting and one of theft theft following incidents earlier in September.
Nicholas Ellis of Chilton Court has been remanded after being charged with the theft of a mobile phone from St.Joseph's Church in St.John's Street and the theft of foods items from the Co-Op in Fleming Crescent.
