Sele Farm Seek New Talent

Tuesday 4 August 2009

Sele Farm Football Club are looking for new players for the forthcoming season.

Sele Farm Football Club was set up by Hertford Neighbourhood Officers Mark Bullen and Andrew Palfreyman earlier this year as a diversionary scheme for young people in the area. They are now getting ready for 2009/10 Men’s East Herts Corinthian Sunday League which starts in September.

Andrew said: “We’d like all those who are interested in taking part to come along to our training sessions throughout August. It was a great success last year and we want to continue the success this season.”

The first session is at 6pm on Friday, August 7. All those that come along will be considered for the pre-season fixture on Friday, August 28 against Barnet FC youth team.

The season starts on Sunday, September 13 and all home games will be played at Sele School on the far pitch.
