Community Pitch

A new community Pitch has been set up at the Friends Meeting House in Railway Street.
The idea is the brainchild of Margaret Hart, who describes the pitch as an indoor, affordable selling area for local entrepreneurs and fundraisers. All monies raised for the sale of pitches will be ploughed back into the venture for hall rental and advertising.
The facility is open on Saturdays 3rd, 10th and 17th December from 10am until 4.pm, with further markets every Saturday in the New Year.
Pitches are available from Harts of Hertford in Fore Street for £10.

Following a four year hiatus the news service was re-introduced as a pilot in April 2018..
