Loftcat Closes

Imported furniture and homeware retailer Loftat have closed their Hertford outlet after nearly six years.

The business is owned by Michael Cattanach and Alan Loffler, who were also directors of The Master's House bar and hotel in Fore Street. Much of the bar and hotel was furnished by Loftcat.

The closure of the shop increases the number of empty units in the town to 22 - a vacancy rate of 8%.
