The Hertford Brewery has been put on the market by Sainsbury's following conmpletion of their new store in Hartham Lane.

The sale is being handled by Coke Gearing, who have placed an advert in this week's Hertfordshire Mercury.

The building is described as freehold with vacant possession, with planning consent for mixed business and community uses, including B1 and D1. The advert also suggests that the brewery may be put to other uses subject to planning consent.
