Barratt Buys Police Station

The former police station in Ware Road has been sold to housebuilder Barratt Homes.
A previous deal with The Zog Group fell through last November over Section 106 conditions attached to planning approval for the site.
Work is to start shortly on the demolition of the old police station, prior to a phased development of new homes over the next four years.
