Mill Road Flats Turned Down

A planning application for 130 flats on the site of the former sidings at Hertford East station has been refused.

Councillors queued up to condemn the plans due to a lack of parking, access and environmental concerns.

Redrow had previously wanted to build 140 flats in blocks of up to six storeys but the plans were revised during the public consultation.
