Sovereign House could be demolished and 90 homes built if plans for redevelopment go ahead.

Plans submitted by the site owners propose the demolition of the existing five-storey building and the construction of 90 flats in two five-storey blocks with 83 parking spaces.
The proposed buildings would have two lower levels for car parking and some accomodation.
The former Elbert Wurlings building is in separate ownership and not part of the proposed development.
