Revised Sidings Plan Submitted

Revised plans for homes next to Hertford East station have been submitted by Redrow, with fewer flats and more parking.

Last year's application for 130 homes with 94 parking spaces was refused by the District Council due to overdevelopment of the site and inadequate parking provision.

The new plans feature 107 homes with parking for 120 vehicles. The site is earmarked for 100 homes in the current draft District Plan.
