Wickes Opens

DIY store Wickes have opened their new store in Ware Road.
The store was opened on Saturday morning by the Mayor, Cllr.Sally Newton.
Wickes purchased the store from Focus DIY, after the company went is to administraton.
This news archive was previously known as the 'blog' and ran from June 2009 until July 2014.
Following a four year hiatus the news service was re-introduced as a pilot in April 2018..
